At Olfru, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected. If you're looking to Return & Exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
Please be advised that Olfru now offer returns only, with no exchanges available. If you wish to return an item, it must meet the following conditions.
Return/Exchange Conditions:
1. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product : In the rare event that a product you've ordered arrives in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, you can initiate a return request directly on our website. Please make sure you highlight such cases within 7 days from the date of delivery with a clear video proof.
2. Returns/Exchanges : You can return the items within 7 days from the date of delivery if they are in unused condition, with original tags, and the original packaging bag intact. Please remember that for multiple item returns, each item needs to have a separate request.
3. Post 7 Days : After 7 days, we regret that we won't be able to facilitate returns for any reason. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee Exclusion : While Olfru is committed to ensuring the quality and fit of our products, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations in terms of taste or preference. Please note that our return and exchange policy does not cover dissatisfaction with the product if it matches what you have ordered and is free from any damage or size mismatch. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before purchase. We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter.
5. Non-returnable items : Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
6. Video Proof Requirement : To ensure a smooth and valid return process, Olfru requires a one-shot video of the unboxing for all returns. This video must clearly show the product being removed from its packaging and immediately display the defect or issue in question. The video should not be edited or cut, and must capture the entire process in a single, continuous take. This helps us to quickly verify the claim and expedite the resolution.
Please follow these guidelines for your video proof:
• Start recording before opening the package.
• Continue to record in one continuous shot, capturing the opening of the package and the immediate discovery of the defect.
• Ensure the defect is clearly visible and identifiable in the video.
• Do not stop the recording until after the defect has been fully demonstrated.
This requirement is crucial for verifying the integrity of the product at the time of delivery and to confirm the eligibility for a return.
Steps to Initiate a Return & Refund:
1. Email us at return@olfru.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Include the video proof as an attachment.
3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments, provide accurate and complete bank details where the refund amount has to be credited.
4. Wait for our team to review the video and approve your request.
5. Once approved, we'll initiate the return pickup of your package.
Olfru Refund Policy :
Upon approval of a return by our team, the refund process will be initiated as follows:
For Online Payments :
• The refund amount will be automatically credited to the original method of payment.
• Please allow 7-10 working days for the transaction to be processed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments:
• Customers who have made payments through COD must provide their bank details in the return request email.
• The refund amount will be credited to the provided bank account within 10-15 working days.
